The neighborhood development with eleven buildings offers approximately 150,000 m² of rental space and 20,000 m² of open space. This will accommodate over 30 types of uses from all areas of life and for all demographic groups—from working and living to shopping, dining, leisure activities, and event locations. “Sugar Valley” will be a district for people of all kinds. It will be a heartfelt district created by people for people, with an exceptionally high quality of stay.
In the southwest of Munich, in the middle of the Obersendling district, a new, defining district is emerging from the former industrial area of the Sendlinger Betonwerk and a vacant lot on the unused former Siemens site. Where 175 trucks used to come and go daily, today a green urban district for everyone is taking shape.
