We are taking a short Christmas break, so our offices will be closed from December 24, 2024 up to and including January 6, 2025. In urgent cases, our COOR Support Team can be reached at helpdesk@coor.info.
Cost planning is structured into phases such as cost framework, cost estimation, cost calculation, and cost proposal, where the costs of the planned construction project are estimated. Cost estimations can build on previous ones or be created using standard templates like the German DIN 276, the Swiss BKP, or the Austrian ÖNORM 1801. Calculation methods and benchmarks are ideally derived from completed projects and adapted to the specific requirements. The breakdown level and calculation method for each cost group are freely selectable. The digital approval process allows the current cost estimation to be used as the project budget and can be carried out in stages during project development.
