We are taking a short Christmas break, so our offices will be closed from December 24, 2024 up to and including January 6, 2025. In urgent cases, our COOR Support Team can be reached at helpdesk@coor.info.
In workflow management, nearly all processes represented in COOR can be assigned permissions for specific individuals or groups. These permissions can be linked to certain conditions, allowing, for example, value thresholds for approvals or different workflows for various types of orders to be set. Additionally, configurable automations within the workflow can initiate further processes, such as the automatic creation of tasks or the automatic sending of emails. Workflow management thus enables you to model your business processes and simplify them through automation.
Highlights
Individual Workflow Definitions: Specific workflows can be established with conditions for progression and approval permissions.
User and Group-Based Approval Permissions: Each user receives different approval lists in MyCOOR for the datasets relevant to them.
Mandatory Fields: Checks on various fields can prevent approval if these fields are not completed.
Delegation Rules: Both users and administrators can appoint a representative. This can be limited to a specific period and specific projects.
