The integrated document management enables files from e-mails and links to PDFs, image files, and others files to be directly assigned to tasks such as projects, contacts, work contracts or invoices. Files can either be stored in the COOR database or connected to the source files via links or shortcuts - links to file systems, external document management systems, or project platforms thus function without any problems.
